ICE selected by West Oxfordshire District Council

West Oxfordshire District Council

ICE Facilities Management Ltd has been chosen by West Oxfordshire District Council to be part of a Planned and Reactive Maintenance Framework Agreement for the next four years. The agreement, which started in January 2012, will include work to the Council’s commercial premises across Oxfordshire.

ICE will supply all trades, including electrical, painting and decorating, carpentry, roofing and construction projects over £5000. The services will be provided on a 24-hour reactive basis, in addition to planned maintenance and cyclical works.

Rory Bowers, Contracts Manager at ICE, commented: “The Framework Agreement presents an excellent opportunity to develop strong relationships with both the Council and Local Authorities in the surrounding regions. We are excited to start work within the Framework and look forward to adding value to the Council’s current maintenance requirements.”

In line with our environmental targets for 2012, ICE are integrating the quality procedures of ISO9001:2008 with ISO14001:2004. By placing further emphasis on our environmental performance, we will reduce our carbon footprint both on and off site.

We are continually developing our Environmental Management System and by working closely with our environmental consultants over the coming months we aim to achieve full accreditation by March 2012.
