What is ICE Connect?

ICE Connect is a web-based client portal that allows clients to log in via our website and track the status of their project(s). The portal offers the latest site diary notes, photos, and an updated program of works in real-time, ensuring that the client is at the centre of our operations process.

What are our obligations?

• At ICE we aim to put communication and transparency at the forefront of our operations process. ICE Connect provides a simple method of communicating the latest progress on site to our clients, as quickly and clearly as possible.
• Our on-site foreman will upload the latest photos and site diary notes in real time, and update the program of works to ensure that the client can map the progress of their project from the first day on site, right the way through to completion.

What are the benefits to clients?

• The need for site visits is reduced. Because the portal is web-based, clients can access the latest site updates from any internet location, simply by logging in via our website.

Is it compulsory to use ICE Connect?

• Absolutely not. The portal is designed to offer clients added value, and is in addition to an ICE manager who acts as a single point of contact for all queries.
